01. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, integrating programmatic vector widgets, using our allowed domain whitelist controls, or purchasing Creator Pro subscriptions on the Atelier platform, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all constraints written here, you must cease all platform utilization immediately.
02. Platform and Services
Atelier is a premium vector engine and digital asset library. We host programmatically served vector icons (Lucide Icons), adaptive design layouts, custom illustrations, micro-interactive sound assets, and display typography. All features are delivered via our standard query customizer endpoints, allowing developers to manipulate stroke weights, colors, and dimensions programmatically.
03. User Accounts & Duties
You represent that all information entered during signup is accurate. Users are responsible for:
- Safeguarding their dynamic Supabase authentication session tokens.
- Configuring Allowed Domains in the developer dashboard to lock down endpoints.
- Ensuring programmatic requests originating from their client keys stay within plan parameters.
04. Subscription Tiers & Fees
Atelier is structured into two platform tiers:
- Explorer Free Plan: Granted for testing and local development. Includes 10 free sandbox trial API calls. Does not include active production locking or allowed domain arrays.
- Creator Pro Plan: Billed at ₹199 per month. Includes unlimited programmatic requests, domain whitelisting, and commercial authorization keys. Billed monthly via secure processors (Stripe or Razorpay).
05. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantly copyable nature of our programmatic vectors, UI snippets, and sound assets, subscriptions are non-refundable by default. However, standard refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if submitted to our billing team within 7 days of the initial charge, provided no programmatic assets were fetched during that billing cycle.
06. Spotlight & Revenue Split
Creators submitting assets to the Atelier Spotlight marketplace agree to do so under our standard publisher guidelines. Spotlight sales are split on an 85% / 15% basis, where the creator retains 85% of all sales revenues and the platform retains 15% for payment handling, CDN hosting, and developer discovery systems. Payments are compiled and paid monthly.
07. Licensing & MIT Primitives
Free assets served through our endpoints (such as Lucide Icons) are governed by the open-source MIT License. You are authorized to copy, alter, merge, publish, and commercially sell products containing these icons without attributing Atelier or Lucide, provided the original MIT copyright notice remains intact in raw code redistributions. Premium Pro vectors, UI structures, and sound bundles are provided under our standard Commercial License, authorizing usage inside commercial web applications while prohibiting direct resale of raw asset packs.
08. Prohibited Platform Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping the entire marketplace catalog programmatically using bots.
- Executing DDoS attacks or request flooding aimed at CDN servers.
- Attempting to bypass the 10 sandbox trial API limit on free profiles.
- Configuring spoofed referer origins to bypass whitelist locks.
09. Termination of Service
Atelier reserves the right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete user accounts that violate our terms. Circumventing developer sandbox restrictions, hotlinking from unauthorized domains, or engaging in hostile request floods will trigger immediate account termination without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
Atelier provides all design parameters, API CDNs, and vector packages on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted uptime or error-free rendering. Atelier shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or server outages affecting your client applications.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, actions, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Kerala, India.
